A Study of Neoadjuvant Amivantamab With Either Lazertinib or Chemotherapy in Participants With Resectable EGFR-Mutated NSCLC

The purpose of this study is to assess the ability to slow down or stop the growth of cancer with amivantamab combined with either lazertinib or chemotherapy (carboplatin and pemetrexed) in participants with resectable, epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutated, Stage II-IIIB non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). NSCLC is the most common type of lung cancer. NSCLC may occur due to mutations (changes) in many genes, including EGFR.

Enhanced Dermatological Care to Reduce Rash and Paronychia in Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGRF)-Mutated Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) Treated First-line With Amivantamab Plus Lazertinib

The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether enhanced dermatologic management can reduce incidence of grade greater than or equal to (\>=) 2 dermatologic adverse events of interest (DAEIs) when compared with standard-of-care skin management and with modified enhanced dermatologic management in participants with locally advanced or metastatic stage IIIB/C-IV epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-mutated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) treated first-line with amivantamab and lazertinib. The study also includes Expansion cohorts (in 2 different schedules) to evaluate enhanced dermatologic management and early intervention for DAEIs or paronychia, in participants receiving subcutaneous amivantamab and lazertinib. A substudy will enroll participants from Arms A and B who experience specific new-onset or persistent DAEIs (Grade \>=2) during treatment with intravenous (IV) amivantamab and lazertinib. This substudy aims to assess the reactive use of dermatologic treatment strategies in these participants.

HERTHENA-Lung02: A Study of Patritumab Deruxtecan Versus Platinum-based Chemotherapy in Metastatic or Locally Advanced EGFRm NSCLC After Failure of EGFR TKI Therapy

Disease progression is typical for patients with epidermal growth factor receptor mutated (EGFRm) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Standard platinum-based chemotherapy offers limited efficacy and an unfavorable safety profile. There is an urgent need for more effective and tolerable therapies for patients with EGFRm NSCLC who have exhausted available targeted therapies. Clinical evidence suggests that patritumab deruxtecan constitutes a promising investigational therapy for patients with EGFRm NSCLC.

Osimertinib With or Without Bevacizumab as Initial Treatment for Patients With EGFR-Mutant Lung Cancer

This phase III trial compares the effect of bevacizumab and osimertinib combination vs. osimertinib alone for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer that has spread outside of the lungs (stage IIIB-IV) and has a change (mutation) in a gene called EGFR. The EGFR protein is involved in cell signaling pathways that control cell division and survival. Sometimes, mutations in the EGFR gene cause EGFR proteins to be made in higher than normal amounts on some types of cancer cells. This causes cancer cells to divide more rapidly. Osimertinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking EGFR that is needed for cell growth in this type of cancer. Bevacizumab is in a class of medications called antiangiogenic agents. It works by stopping the formation of blood vessels that bring oxygen and nutrients to tumor. This may slow the growth and spread of tumor. Giving osimertinib with bevacizumab may control cancer for longer and help patients live longer as compared to osimertinib alone.

The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy of adding lazertinib to amivantamab, carboplatin, and pemetrexed (LACP/ACP-L dosing strategies) and amivantamab, carboplatin and pemetrexed (ACP) compared with carboplatin and pemetrexed (CP) in participants with locally advanced or metastatic epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) Exon 19del or Exon 21 L858R substitution non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) after osimertinib failure. The purpose of the extension cohort is to further describe the safety and efficacy for the ACP-L dosing schedule versus ACP with additional data. After completion of the primary analysis, the study may eventually transition to an open-label extension (OLE) or long-term extension (LTE) phase during which participants will have the option to continue their assigned treatment.

Symbiotic-Lung-14: A Study to Learn About the Study Medicine Called PF08634404 in Combination With Chemotherapy in Adult Participants With Transformed Small Cell Lung Cancer

This study is being done to learn more about a new medicine called PF-08634404. The study team wants to understand how well PF-08634404 works when given alone or with chemotherapy . Chemotherapy is a type of cancer treatment that uses medicines to destroy cancer cells or stop them from growing. The study is for adults with Transformed Small Cell Lung Cancer (T-SCLC ). T SCLC is a rare lung cancer that happens when one type of lung cancer changes into a more aggressive type after treatment stops working. To join the study, participants must meet the following conditions: * Are aged 18 years or older * Diagnosed with T-SCLC and have not received treatment for this type of lung cancer (a single cycle of chemotherapy may be permitted) * Prior diagnosis of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-mutated non-small cell lung cancer treated with tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) * Have healthy organs based on medical tests and are in good physical condition After joining the study, adults will be given chemotherapy in addition to the study medicine. After this combination treatment is finished, the study medicine will be continued alone. Adults will receive the treatment through IV infusions (medicine given directly into a vein). All treatments will be done at clinical study sites, where a trained medical team will monitor adults during and after each visit.

Testing the Addition of High Dose, Targeted Radiation to the Usual Treatment for Locally-Advanced Inoperable Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

This phase III trial compares the effect of adding stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) to the usual treatment (conventional image guided radiation therapy \[IGRT\] and chemotherapy followed by immunotherapy with durvalumab or targeted therapy with osimertinib) versus the usual treatment alone in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced) and cannot be treated by surgery (inoperable). SBRT uses special equipment to position a patient and deliver radiation therapy to tumors with high precision. This method may kill tumor cells with fewer doses over a shorter period and cause less damage to normal tissue. IGRT is a type of radiation therapy that creates a picture of the tumor to help guide the radiation beam during therapy, making it more accurate and causing less damage to healthy tissue. Usual chemotherapy used in this trial consists of combinations of the following drugs: cisplatin, carboplatin, paclitaxel, nab-paclitaxel, pemetrexed, and etoposide. Cisplatin and carboplatin are in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. Cisplatin works by killing, stopping, or slowing the growth of tumor cells. Carboplatin works in a way similar to the anticancer drug cisplatin but may be better tolerated than cisplatin. Carboplatin works by killing, stopping, or slowing the growth of tumor cells as well. Paclitaxel is in a class of medications called antimicrotubule agents. It works by stopping the growth and spread of tumor cells. Nab-paclitaxel is an albumin-stabilized nanoparticle formulation of paclitaxel which may have fewer side effects and work better than other forms of paclitaxel. Pemetrexed is in a class of medications called antifolate antineoplastic agents. It works by blocking the action of a certain substance in the body that may help tumor cells multiply. Etoposide is in a class of medications known as podophyllotoxin derivatives. It blocks a certain enzyme needed for cell division and deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) repair and may kill tumor cells. Immunotherapy with durvalumab can induce changes in the body's immune system and can interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Osimertinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of a protein called EGFR that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps slow or stop the spread of tumor cells. Adding SBRT to the usual treatment of IGRT with chemotherapy and immunotherapy may be more effective at treating patients with locally-advanced non-small cell lung cancer than giving the usual treatment alone.

Sacituzumab Tirumotecan (MK-2870) Versus Chemotherapy in Previously Treated Advanced or Metastatic Nonsquamous Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) With EGFR Mutations or Other Genomic Alterations (MK-2870-004)

The purpose of this study is to evaluate sacituzumab tirumotecan versus chemotherapy (docetaxel or pemetrexed) for the treatment of previously-treated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with exon 19del or exon 21 L858R EGFR mutations (hereafter referred to as EGFR mutations or EGFR-mutated) or any of the follow genomic alterations: ALK gene rearrangements, ROS1 rearrangements, BRAF V600E mutations, NTRK gene fusions, MET exon 14 skipping mutations, RET rearrangements, or less common EGFR point mutations of exon 20 S768I, exon 21 L861Q, or exon 18 G719X mutations. The primary hypothesis is that sacituzumab tirumotecan is superior to chemotherapy with respect to overall survival (OS) in NSCLC with EGFR mutations.

First in Human Study of BAY2927088 in Participants Who Have Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) With Mutations in the Genes of Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) and/or Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2)

Researchers are looking for a better way to treat people who have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), a group of lung cancers that have spread to nearby tissues or to other parts of the body. Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) are proteins that help cells to grow and divide. A damage (also called mutation) to the building plans (genes) for these proteins in cancer cells leads to a production of abnormal EGFR and/or HER2. These abnormal proteins drive the growth and the spread of the cancer. Several EGFR and/or HER2 mutations exist in the cancer cells. The study treatment, sevabertinib (BAY2927088), is expected to block the mutated EGFR and HER2 proteins which may stop the spread of NSCLC. The main purpose of this study is to learn: Escalation, Backfill, and Expansion Part: * How safe is BAY2927088 for the participants? * What is the highest dose of BAY2927088 that can be tolerated (maximum tolerated dose) by or given to (maximum administered dose) the participants? * How does BAY2927088 move into, through, and out of the bodies of the participants? For this, the researchers will measure the followings: * The number of participants with medical problems, also called adverse events and serious adverse events, and their severity * The number of participants who discontinue study treatment due to an adverse event. * The highest dose of BAY2927088 that the participants can take without having adverse events (maximum tolerated dose (MTD)) or the maximum dose that is tested and found to be safe for the participants in case MTD cannot be found out (maximum administered dose (MAD)) of BAY2927088 * Number of participants experiencing adverse events that prevent an increase in the dose of BAY2927088 (dose-limiting toxicities (DLTs)) at each dose level * The (average) total level of BAY2927088 in the blood (also called AUC) after receiving single or multiple doses of BAY2927088 * The (average) highest level of BAY2927088 in the blood (also called Cmax) after receiving a single or multiple doses of BAY2927088 Extension Part * How well does BAY2927088 work in participants? For this, the researchers will measure the following: • Percentage of participants whose cancer completely disappears (complete response) or reduces by at least 30% (partial response) after taking the treatment (also known as objective response rate (ORR)). This will be assessed by doctors other than the study doctor. This study has 4 parts: * The escalation part aims to find the maximum daily amount (dose) of BAY2927088 that participants can receive. * The backfill part aims to test the doses of BAY2927088 that are considered safe in the escalation part by giving it to more participants. This will help find optimal doses of BAY2927088 that work well and are safe to be tested in the next part. * The expansion part aims to determine the dose of BAY2927088 to be tested in further studies. * The extension part aims to determine whether the selected dose of BAY2927088 from the expansion part works well. The participants in this study will take the study treatment BAY2927088 in 3-week periods called "cycles". They will in general take BAY2927088 once or twice daily as a liquid/tablet by mouth until their cancer gets worse, they have medical problems, they leave the study, or the study is terminated. Participants will have no more than 5 visits per cycle. During the study, the study team will: * take blood and urine samples, * check the status of the cancer by doing computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans, * check the participants' overall health and heart health, * ask the participants questions about how they are feeling and what adverse events they are having. An adverse event is considered "serious" when it leads to death, puts the participant's life at risk, requires hospitalization, causes disability, causes a baby being born with medical problems, or is medically important.

Osimertinib Alone or With Chemotherapy for EGFR-Mutant Lung Cancers

This study will compare the effectiveness of osimertinib alone with the combination of osimertinib and chemotherapy (carboplatin and pemetrexed) in people with metastatic lung cancer that has a change (mutation) in the gene EGFR. Osimertinib alone is the usual treatment for metastatic EGFR-mutant lung cancer. Researchers think adding chemotherapy to osimertinib could possibly add to the anticancer effects of the usual treatment and help stop cancer from growing or spreading.

Alisertib in Combination With Osimertinib in Metastatic EGFR-mutant Lung Cancer

This phase I/Ib trial studies the side effects and best dose of alisertib when given together with osimertinib in treating patients with EGFR-mutated stage IV lung cancer. Alisertib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking a specific protein (Aurora Kinase A) that researchers believe may be important for the growth of lung cancer. Osimertinib may reduce tumor growth by blocking the action of a certain mutant protein (EGFR). This study may help researchers test the safety of alisertib at different dose levels in combination with osimertinib, and to find out what effects, good and/or bad, it has on EGFR-mutated lung cancer.

This clinical trial consists of two parts: phase 2 and phase 3. The goal of phase 2 of this clinical trial is to compare which dose level of AMT-116 works better to treat advanced or metastatic non-squamous EGFR-Wildtype non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in adults. It will also learn about the safety of AMT-116. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Which level of AMT-116 works better to treat advanced or metastatic non-squamous EGFR-Wildtype NSCLC? * What medical problems do participants have when taking AMT-116? The goal of phase 3 of this clinical trial is to compare AMT-116 to study doctor's choice (a kind of retainable treatment for you in the opinion of the study doctor) to see if AMT-116 works better to treat advanced or metastatic non-squamous EGFR-Wildtype NSCLC. Study of Osimertinib With Carotuximab in Advanced, EGFR-mutated Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

The purpose of this study is to examine the combination of osimertinib and carotuximab to assess the safety and find the recommended dose for treatment of advanced EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Safety and tolerability will be measured by the number of dose-limiting toxicities, according to National Cancer Institute Common Toxicity Criteria for Adverse Events (NCI CTCAE) Version 5, to find the maximum tolerated dose. The secondary objectives include evaluating the rate of objective response rate, duration of response, progression-free survival, and disease control rate, along with assessing biomarkers through tumor tissue and circulating tumor DNA.

Biologically Guided Radiation Therapy (BgRT) and Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) to Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor in Oligoprogressive Oncogenic Positive Non-Small Cell Lung Carcinoma

This phase II trial tests how well biologically guided radiation therapy (BgRT) and stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) with osimertinib works for the treatment of EGFR positive non-small cell lung carcinoma that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to a limited number of anatomic sites (oligoprogressive). BgRT is radiation that uses specialized imaging to during treatment to target the active tumor and direct radiation to tumors in order to kill and shrink tumor cells. Stereotactic body radiation therapy uses special equipment to position a patient and deliver radiation to tumors with high precision. This method may kill tumor cells with fewer doses over a shorter period and cause less damage to normal tissue. Osimertinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of a protein called EGFR that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps slow or stop the spread of tumor cells. Giving BgRT with SBRT and osimertinib may kill more tumor cells in patients with oligoprogressive EGFR positive non-small cell lung carcinoma.

This is a randomized, two-cohort, open-label, phase 3, clinical trial to compare the efficacy and safety of N-803 plus tislelizumab and docetaxel (cohort A) or prior failed Health Authority-approved antiprogrammed death-1 (PD-1) or anti-programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) CPI and docetaxel (cohort B) versus docetaxel monotherapy (cohorts A and B). Clinical Trial Evaluating the Safety, Tolerability and Preliminary Efficacy of BNT116 Alone and in Combinations in Patients With Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

This first-in-human (FIH) study for BNT116 aims to establish the safety profile and a safe dose for BNT116 monotherapy as well as for BNT116 in combination with approved medicinal products and/or in combination with investigational medicinal products (IMPs) including, but not limited to, cemiplimab, docetaxel, carboplatin, paclitaxel, osimertinib, anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs), rearranged during transfection (RET) TKIs, BNT316 (an anti-cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4 \[CTLA-4\] antibody), an anti-B7-H3 antibody conjugated to a topoisomerase I inhibitor, an anti-human epidermal growth factor receptor 3 (HER3) antibody conjugated to a topoisomerase I inhibitor or a bispecific antibody for programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) and vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A) in participants with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The study will comprise several cohorts for dose confirmation in monotherapy as well as in combinations of BNT116 as mentioned above. Phase 1/2 Study of Silevertinib (BDTX-1535) in Patients With Glioblastoma or Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer With EGFR Mutations

BDTX-1535-101 is an open-label, Phase 1 dose escalation and Phase 2 multiple cohort study designed to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), optimal dosage, central nervous system (CNS) activity, and antitumor activity of silevertinib (BDTX-1535). The study population comprises adults with either advanced/metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with non-classical or acquired epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) resistance (EGFR C797S) mutations with or without CNS disease (in Phase 1 and Phase 2), or glioblastoma (GBM) expressing EGFR alterations (Phase 1 only). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as trastuzumab and necitumumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. A Study of Ivonescimab in Combination With Dato-DXd or Osimertinib in People With Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

The researchers are doing this study to find out whether ivonescimab in combination with datopotamab deruxtecan- (Dato-DXd) or osimertinib are safe and effective treatments in people with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has an EGFR mutation. The researchers will test different doses of the Dato-DXd or osimertinib with an unchanging (fixed) dose of ivonescimab to find the best dose that causes few or mild side effects in participants. Once the dose is found the researchers will test ivonescimab with Dato-DXd or osimertinib in a new group of participants to see if it is effective in treating their NSCLC with an EGFR mutation.

A Study to Assess Adverse Events and Change in Disease Activity of Intravenous (IV) Telisotuzumab Adizutecan, Monotherapy or in Combination With Osimertinib, Compared to Standard of Care in Adult Participants With Locally Advanced or Metastatic EGFR-Mutated Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is a common type of lung cancer where abnormal cells in the lungs grow out of control. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity of telisotuzumab adizutecan as a monotherapy or in combination with osimertinib compared to standard of care (SOC). Telisotuzumab adizutecan is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of NSCLC. This study will be divided into two stages, in the first stage (phase 2) participants will receive 1 of 2 doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan as a monotherapy or in combination with osimertinib. In the second stage (phase 3) participants will receive the recommended phase 3 dose (RP3D) of telisotuzumab adizutecan, from the previous stage, or SOC. Approximately 490 adult participants with NSCLC will be enrolled in the study in 200 sites around the world. In phase 2, participants will receive 1 of 2 intravenous (IV) doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan as a monotherapy or in combination with oral osimertinib. In phase 3, participants will receive the IV RP3D of telisotuzumab adizutecan, or SOC. The study will run for a duration of approximately 69 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The effect of the treatment will be frequently checked by medical assessments, blood tests, questionnaires and side effects.

The purpose of this study is to identify the recommended Phase 2 (combination) dose (RP2CD) of the amivantamab and cetrelimab combination therapy in participants with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in Phase 1 (combination dose selection); and to evaluate the antitumor effect of the combination at the selected RP2CD in participants with NSCLC characterized on the basis of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and Programmed-cell death Ligand (PD-L)1 status, in the Phase 2 (expansion).

A Study of Lazertinib as Monotherapy or in Combination With Amivantamab in Participants With Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Aurora Kinase Inhibitor LY3295668 in Combination With Osimertinib for the Treatment of Advanced or Metastatic EGFR-Mutant Non-squamous Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

This phase Ib/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of aurora A kinase inhibitor LY3295668 when given together with osimertinib in patients with EGFR-mutant non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to other places in the body (advanced or metastatic). Aurora A kinase inhibitor LY3295668 and osimertinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving aurora A kinase inhibitor LY3295668 in combination with osimertinib may help control EGFR-mutant non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer.

Photoimmunotherapy With ASP-1929 and Cemiplimab for the Treatment of Refractory, Inoperable, and Metastatic Stage IIIB-IV Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

This phase II trial tests how well photoimmunotherapy (PIT) with ASP-1929 in combination with cemiplimab works in treating patients with stage IIIB-IV non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has not responded to previous treatment (refractory), that is not suitable for surgery (inoperable), or that has spread from where it first started to other places in the body (metastatic). PIT is a treatment that combines drugs that become active when exposed to light, such as ASP-1929, with immunotherapy to target and kill tumor cells. ASP-1929 combines cetuximab with a light-sensitive component, sarotalocan. Cetuximab is in a class of medications called monoclonal antibodies. It binds to a protein called epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), which is found on some types of tumor cells. This may help keep tumor cells from growing. Sarotalocan is a fluorescent dye, infrared-activated fluorescent dye 700, that is light sensitive, and when activated by a special type of laser light, helps destroy or change tumor cells. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as cemiplimab, may help the body's immune system attack the tumor, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving PIT with ASP-1929 in combination with cemiplimab may kill more tumor cells in patients with refractory, inoperable, or metastatic stage IIIB-IV NSCLC.

Testing the Combination of MLN0128 (TAK-228) and AZD9291 in Advanced EGFR (Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor) Mutation Positive Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

A Study to Assess Adverse Events, Change in Disease Activity of Intravenous Telisotuzumab Adizutecan in Combination With Osimertinib as First-Line Treatment in Adult Participants With Locally Advanced Unresectable or Metastatic EGFR-Mutated Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is a common type of lung cancer where abnormal cells in the lungs grow out of control. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity "when telisotuzumab adizutecan is given in combination with a fixed dose of osimertinib (Osi)or standard of care (Osi plus platinum/pemetrexed chemotherapy). Telisotuzumab adizutecan is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of NSCLC. Osi is a drug approved for the treatment of NSCLC. This study will be divided into two stages, in the first stage participants will receive increasing doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan with Osi. Participants will then be randomized into 4 groups called treatment arms where 3 groups will receive 1 of 3 doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan from from the dose escalation phase with Osi, or standard of care (Osi plus chemotherapy). In the second stage participants will receive the optimal dose of telisotuzumab adizutecan, from the previous stage, with Osi, or SOC. Approximately 854 adult participants with 1L estimated glomerular filtration rate (EGFR) mut (mutated) not sufficient quantity (NSq) NSCLC will be enrolled in the study in 200 sites worldwide. In Stage 1, during dose escalation participants will receive increasing intravenous (IV) doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan with oral Osi tablets. participants will receive 1 of 3 doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan with Osi, or standard of care (Osi plus chemotherapy). In stage 2 participants will receive the optimal dose of IV telisotuzumab adizutecanin with oral Osi tablet, or SOC. The study will run for a duration of approximately 76 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The effect of the treatment will be frequently checked by medical assessments, blood tests, questionnaires and side effects.

Comparing Combinations of Targeted Drugs for Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer That Has EGFR and MET Gene Changes (A Lung-MAP Treatment Trial)

This phase II Lung-MAP treatment trial test the combination of targeted drugs (capmatinib, osimertinib, and/or ramucirumab) in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced) and that has EGFR and MET gene changes. Capmatinib and osimertinib are in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. They work by blocking the action of the abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps stop or slow the spread of cancer cells and may help shrink tumors. Ramucirumab is a monoclonal antibody that may prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow. Giving capmatinib, osimertinib, and/or ramucirumab and targeting abnormal gene changes in tumor cells may be effective in shrinking or stabilizing advanced non-small cell lung cancer.

A Study of DZD9008 Versus Platinum-Based Doublet Chemotherapy in Local Advanced or Metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (WU-KONG28)

This is a phase 3, open-label, randomized, multi-center study assessing the efficacy and safety of DZD9008 versus platinum-based doublet chemotherapy in participants with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC with EGFR Exon20ins mutation, who are newly diagnosed or have not received prior systemic therapy in advanced stage. Primary objective of this study is to assess the efficacy of DZD9008 versus platinum-based doublet chemotherapy using by BICR-assessed PFS per RECIST 1.1 as primary endpoint. Approximately 320 participants are estimated to be randomized into the study. Participants enrolled will be randomized to DZD9008 or platinum-based doublet chemotherapy in a 1:1 manner, stratified by baseline brain metastasis (with/without).
